It is quaint and cozy and some spaces like the bedrooms are a bit smaller and hallways a little narrower. Being almost 100 years old (pretty amazing when you think about it!) it has it's unique quirks: - The front door locks best if you push/pull in on it slightly to help engage the deadbolt - The floor may creak here and there - Hold the flush lever on the toilet down for a second or two for it to flush fully BYO streaming service passwords (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.). The TVs are all Smart TVs and the wifi is super fast so just bring your accounts and enjoy! If you want a cookie-cutter brand new, super modern place this may not be the right fit for you. However, if you're looking for something unique with some old-world charm and super-cute beachy feel in a great location, then the "Sea Shack" is perfect for you! **IMPORTANT** - Boho Bliss is one of four apartments on this property so there may be other residents coming through the front yard to get in/out of their apartments. - This is a residential community and quest hours after 10PM are Strictly Enforced! Please be respectful of your neighbors! * Our preferred charity organization is Compassion International, whom serve underprivileged children around the world. Please look them up as they are a great organization and allow you to sponsor children!
Other Details to Note
We welcome longer stays and front-line responders! This a great residential area and perfect for longer stays. There is a $50/pet/night pet fee - minimum $150/pet/stay This is South Florida so you may see bugs, small lizards, other pests, etc. inside due to the tropical environment. We do have regular pest control, but they can still get inside. Please keep windows and doors closed to help keep them out. There are no refunds for storms, hurricanes, lost power/leaks due to storms, etc.
